Michèle Blom
I had the honor of presenting this portrait to Michèle Blom, the Director General of Rijkswaterstaat, for her support of the project Digital Northsea. My goal was to depict her confidence in this project and the people who work for her. Personally I respect her a lot for her efforts to create jobs for neurodivergent people within Rijkswaterstaat.
